First, I've added a "Commenting elsewhere" block down on the right. I've noticed others doing this recently and I often find myself clicking through. People you find interesting tend to write interesting comments on interesting posts elsewhere. This is a nice way to direct like-minded people towards things that will interest them.
Second, I've added a link to a slightly longer set of links above my succinct blogroll.
I'm a philosophy PhD student in Britain, working mainly on moral philosophy. This blog is, as titled, a notepad for brief sketches of my thoughts on philosophy.
Posts here should be thought of as notes and not as finished thoughts. Ideas on blogs are half-baked: for some this makes blogging a waste of time, for others, it makes them a great tool for intellectual exploration. (more)
